FAQ

Can I use a barbecue?

You can use a gas barbecue in your pitch, as long as it is not directly next to your caravan or tent. However, wood or charcoal barbecues are strictly prohibited due to fire safety regulations. This rule is enforced by the Fire Department, and failure to comply may result in fines for both the campsite and the guest.

Can I park my car in my pitch?

Yes, as long as it does not disturb your neighbors. For safety reasons, your car must be parked at least one meter away from your caravan or tent.

What should I do in case of fire or emergency?

Alert the reception immediately by ringing the bell in front of the office or calling +39 0185 44348. You can also review the campsite's evacuation plan at the reception.

Do I need a chip to use the showers?
  • First, press the external button to activate the system.
  • Then, select the number of the shower cabin you wish to use.
  • Inside the cabin, press the button once to start the water flow. You will have four minutes of running water.
  • Pressing the button again pauses the flow and stops the timer, allowing you to conserve water and extend your shower time.

Showers are available 24/7, and you can use them as often as needed, but each session is limited to four minutes of water flow. This system helps prevent long queues and promotes responsible water use.

How can I access Wi-Fi? Can I connect from my pitch?

You can get the Wi-Fi password for free at the reception.

  • In most cases, you can connect from your pitch, but signal strength depends on your device.
  • Laptops have better antennas and may work well, while mobile phones connect more reliably near the bar area.
  • Is the Wi-Fi fast? No, due to the local infrastructure, internet speed is limited. Streaming live sports or movies may not be smooth, but basic browsing, email, and online gaming should work fine.
