Services & Rules – Camping Mare Monti

At Camping Mare Monti, we offer a range of services and facilities to ensure a comfortable stay for our guests. Please take a moment to review our campsite rules to help maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.

Tourist Information

Upon arrival, each guest will receive a map of the area along with essential information about nearby tourist attractions and destinations.

Swimming Pool

Our campsite features a swimming pool measuring 18m x 8m, with a depth ranging from 1.5m to 3m, and includes a diving board. Additionally, there is a small pool with a depth of 60cm for younger children.

• Sun loungers are available in the solarium area (limited quantity, free of charge).
• Swim caps are mandatory in the pool.
• Opening hours (subject to change): 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• During the lunch break (1:00 PM – 3:00 PM), the solarium remains open.
• The pool is usually open from mid-March to mid-October, but this may vary depending on weather conditions.

Dog Area

Starting in 2025, we will have a fenced area dedicated to dogs, providing a safe space for them to play freely.

Multi-Sports Field

We offer a synthetic grass sports field where guests can play football and volleyball.

Playground & Games

For younger guests, there is a playground equipped with a slide, swings, and spring riders.
Additionally, we have two table tennis tables and a foosball table for all ages to enjoy.

Hot Showers

Our 21 hot showers are free of charge and available at any time.

• Showers operate with a timed system, providing four minutes of hot water per use.
• You can pause the water flow using the internal button to extend your shower time.
• This system helps reduce water waste and minimize waiting times for other guests.
• If needed, once your session ends, you may restart the shower, provided that others are not waiting

Hot & Cold Water

• Sinks, basins, and dishwashing areas are equipped with hot and cold water.
• Water across the campsite is drinkable.
• Each pitch has a sink with drinkable cold water.

Cars

• Restricted car access:
  • July & August: No vehicle entry from midnight to 7:00 AM.
  • Other months: No vehicle entry from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• One parking spot per guest is included in the daily rate.
• Depending on availability, parking may be next to your pitch or up to 100m away.

Electric Vehicles

• A 4 kW charging station is available for guests with electric cars.
• Charging your vehicle from campsite power outlets is strictly prohibited.

Check-in & Check-out

• Reception hours: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM | 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM.
• If the reception is closed, use the intercom for assistance.
• Check-in for pitches: After 11:00 AM.
• Check-out for pitches: By 10:00 AM.
• Check-in for accommodations: After 3:00 PM.
• Check-out for accommodations: By 10:00 AM.
• Late check-in/out available upon request, subject to availability.

Beach Shuttle Service

Free Shuttle Timetable

• Riva Trigoso Train Station: A shuttle service is available to Cinque Terre and Portofino, operating in the morning and late afternoon, aligned with train schedules.

Beach Shuttle: Active during peak season, with annual adjustments aimed at improving the service. Since 2024, this service, provided by the local administration in collaboration with campsites, includes two evening runs.

Wi-Fi Connection

Wi-Fi is available throughout the campsite.

Barbecue Facilities

• A communal barbecue is available for guests.
• On individual pitches, only gas barbecues are permitted—charcoal and wood barbecues are not allowed.

Pets

• Dogs and other pets are welcome.
• Leashes are required at all times.

Electricity

• Pitches: Up to 6A.
• Charging electric cars from campsite power outlets is prohibited.

Accessible Facilities

• We provide accessible restrooms in compliance with legal standards.

Evening Entertainment

• In August and on select weekends in July, we host dance nights and entertainment events.
• Please note that we do not offer regular animation programs.

Heart-Protected Campsite

Since 2022, we have equipped the campsite with a semi-automatic defibrillator (AED).
Although emergency services are fast and reliable, having an AED on-site can make a life-saving difference.
