Outdoor life and free spaces are the essence of a camping holiday and thanks to these characteristics, Camping Mare Monti will be able to offer you almost all the usual services even this summer:
Cancellation
To make your holiday as peaceful as possible, we have changed our cancellation conditions you can find them on the rates page
Pool
Our swimming pool is open as well as the solarium area, where a limited number of adequately spaced sunbeds will be available. We will perform a daily cleaning of the beds at the end of the day and will offer the necessary to sanitize the beds before and after each use.
As always, checks will be carried out on the water quality and the chlorine level will be monitored regularly every 2 hours.
Toilet
Dispensers of hydroalcoholic solutions for hand hygiene will be available at the access points to the toilets and guests can use the facilities in the toilets while maintaining an interpersonal distance of at least one meter.
The cleaning of the toilets is carried out by our staff with the use of specific detergents and procedures. An adequate exchange of natural air is always guaranteed by the numerous openings. A disinfectant solution for surfaces is always available to guests.
Bar / Market
Guests can access wearing mandatory mask and gloves and respecting distances. The indications present outside and also inside the shop will help you. The table service in the external deort will be preferred. Take away service is always available
Sea Bus
We will do our best to offer the shuttle service: unfortunately the service will depend on the progress of the infections
Pitches
Caravans, campers and tents must be positioned ensuring the social distancing of customers, each pitch has its own sink
Accommodations
The cleaning of the accommodation is carried out by our staff with procedures implemented according to the guidelines provided by the health authorities.
Furthermore, at each change, the air conditioning system filters will be sanitized.
Check-in / Check-out
We have implemented the web check-in procedures; in any case, the check-in and check-out operations will be carried out “in the open air”
Animation
We cannot currently guarantee animation activities, we will evaluate their feasibility with local authorities.
Playground
The play area will be open and available to guests, but we ask parents to supervise children so that distances are respected.
The sanitization of the play structures will be carried out on a daily basis.
Masks
Current health requirements require guests (adults and children under 6 years of age) to wear the mask when they are not at their accommodation, always when it is not possible to guarantee adequate interpersonal distance and in places open to the public.
In the swimming pool, the use of a mask is not required, but we ask guests to behave responsibly, to supervise children and to respect the distance between people other than their family.
